Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the The DesignR Vault website at Thedesignrvault.com and explains when and how customers can request a refund. Refunds are only available within 5 days from the date the order is marked as delivered, and after this period, all sales are considered final. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required. Certain items, such as final sale items, undergarments, accessories, or customized products, may not be eligible for refund and will be clearly labeled as non‑refundable on the product page.

To request a refund, customers must contact us at Thedesignrvault@gmail.com or (669)-319-9607 within 5 days of delivery, include their order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief explanation of the reason for the request. If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s); unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method because we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 10-15 business days, but bank or card processing times may vary. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions (including items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags) and to update this Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised version on this page.
